One week ago today I started my weight loss journey. Today I weighed in 6 pounds less than last Monday. I can already tell how much better I feel and I am excited about the weight loss. My goal is to lose five to six pounds a week. That means 15 pounds by Christmas for a total of 21 pounds. That gives me a great start for the new year and I want even have to make that New Years resolution that I have never kept. Thanks to everyone and your support. See you down the road.
